2 lb (7-ish cups) of flour 900g
2 cups (plus or minus) water 500ml
fresh sage salvie
fresh thyme cimbru
a lemon
olive oil
garlic (about 6 cloves) 6 catei
- salvia, cimbrul si usturoiul se piseaza cu sare si piper si se adauga uleiul
- se freaca puiul in interior si exterior
- se face aluatul
- lamiia se tine 10 min in apa fiarta, se pune in interiorul puiului
- se imbraca puiul in aluat
- se coace aprox 2 ore in cuptor la 220 gr C

Ingrediente pentru 2 portii:
200g rhubarb
70g sugar (you might need more if it isn’t forced rhubarb)
2 tbsp water
125g cream
Some pomegranate (rodii) seeds (optional)
Method:
Chop the rhubarb into approx 1 inch chunks (2.5 cm) and place in a pan with the sugar and water. Stew for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring at intervals, until it has fallen apart. Allow to cool.
Whip the cream until thick.
Fold the cooled rhubarb into the cream. Serve with some pomegranate sprinkled on top, if using.
